Payment

The following payment methods are available to our customers:

PayPal: Australia’s favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online and on your mobile phone. You can pay for your order online via PayPal using your PayPal account or Credit Card.

Credit Card Facililty - the website takes payment from your credit card and deposits it straight into our account.  

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched. All items are lovingly handmade by me and customised to your specific needs so please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be shipped – I will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your item has been shipped and is on its way to your hands.

If you require a rush order please email me at [email protected] to see if I can accommodate you and if so I will arrange a custom listing.

All postage within Australia is sent parcel post with tracking with Australia Post. International shipping available upon request. Please note there are no returns on custom items, however I am happy to exchange any product you believe is faulty, not as described nor fit for purpose.

Local Pickup for 4680 is available which applies free shipping.  Use the Code 4680 at checkout for shipping costs to be removed.
